TRAIN OPERATIONS MANAGER

The Central East African Railways (CEAR) PLC responsible for the transportation of general cargo and passengers on the Nacala Corridor that connects countries of Mozambique and Zambia. The company is focused on transportation of general cargo and passengers. CEAR is inviting applications from suitably qualified persons to be considered for the vacant positions.

Job Requirements

  • Implement all train movement Plans
  • Promote safety and efficiency of train operations
  • Manage operational staff schedules
  • Communicate operational performance through meetings and Reports
  • Ensure management of Resources, fuel for locomotives and vehicles
  • Balancing operational safety and operational productivity
  • Implement Operational Safety guidelines (OSG)
